We're celebrating 5 Days of 5 with a week of special menus all over campus!

16 March 2018

March is National Nutrition Month, and once again we're celebrating with "5 Days of 5," our weeklong nutrition event focused on eating the colors of the rainbow. This year, we'll have a week of special menus March 19-23, as well as our culinary competition on March 21!

All week, we'll be featuring special menus that highlight the nutritional benefits of the different colors of fruits and vegetables that can be part of our daily diet.

Monday: Risley Dining Room & select retail locations
Tuesday: North Star Dining Room & Jansen's Dining Room at Bethe House
Wednesday: Robert Purcell Marketplace Eatery & Cook House Dining Room
Thursday: Becker House Dining Room & Keeton House Dining Room
Friday: Okenshields & 104West!

Don't miss the 5 Days of 5 Culinary Competition recipe tasting, where you can try all of the entries for free! It's 11am-1pm on Wednesday, March 21.
