    Formerly home to the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity, 13 South Ave. is a beautiful three-story house located just behind the Law School. The building features an expansive first-floor living room and TV room with hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, and a kitchen and dining room. The bedrooms and shared bathrooms are located on the second and third floors.

    Community highlights:

    • Single-student bedrooms, located along corridors with shared bathrooms and common spaces
    • Each bedroom contains an extra-long twin bed, desk with a chair and a lamp, chest of drawers, and an armoire or closet

    • Located in the Southwest corner of campus, directly behind the Law School's Myron Taylor Hall

    • Extra-large single rooms - $10,190/academic year, $5,095/semester
    • Large single rooms - $9,950/academic year, $4,975/semester
    • Regular single rooms - $9,740/academic year, $4,870/semester
