Dump & Run

August 2017 Sale

Cornell's Dump & Run program collects items from students leaving campus in May, and resells them to students moving in each August. In addition to diverting tons of reusable items from the waste stream, the annual Dump & Run sale raises more than $60,000 a year for local charitable organizations.

This year's Dump & Run sale will take place during Orientation Weekend:  Saturday, August 19 from 8:30am-6:00pm and Sunday, August 20 from 9:00am-2:00pm - in Helen Newman Gym on North Campus. The sale is free and open to the entire Cornell and Ithaca communities.
