Weight Gain and Nutrition

Studies show that there is some truth to the unwanted weight gain experienced by some students during college. There are many factors that can contribute to weight gain:
  • Skipping meals
  • Increasing alcohol intake
  • Consumption of calorie-rich food
  • Lack of sleep
  • Increased stress level
  • Larger portions
